Cancellations and Changes to orders:

Once an order has been given and acknowledged, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations.   We will however make every attempt to comply with your request.  Cancellation charges will apply. These charges may include but are not limited to art preparation charges, setup charges, labor charges, material charges, shipping charges, and restocking charges.  All completed work and costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Claims, Adjustments or Returns:

If you have any problems with your order, please contact customer service at

1-800-613-7070 within 14 days of receipt.  We advise opening and examining your merchandise upon receipt if you do not intend to use it right away.  We do not accept unauthorized returns.  If any problem occurs, please call or write us immediately.

Freight Terms:

FOB our factories unless otherwise specified.  On export shipments, it is our purchaser’s responsibility for brokerage charges, duties, tariffs and taxes.

Overages:

We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible due to quality control efforts and fast running machines.  We reserve the right to bill or subsequently credit your charge card or account, for up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered, unless otherwise specifically stated by us.

Payment terms:

Net 30 days for established customers.  Prepayment or deposits in US funds are required for initial orders or large orders.  Production scheduling will not start until credit issues are settled.

Sales Tax:

SJS is required by law to collect state sales tax for goods and services shipped to locations in New Jersey.  Companies, individuals and organizations that are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their tax exemption certificate by fax to 732-613-8777.

Shipping:

We normally ship UPS (unless otherwise specified) from our various factories, excess weight is shipped by truck.  We are not responsible for delays or damages en route.  Since we lose control of an order once it is given to a freight carrier, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Air shipments must be requested. An insurance cost is added to cover your total cost.

A split shipment is when the total order is prepared and shipped to multiple destinations at one time.

Site Pricing:

While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product.  We reserve the right to change prices on the site at any time.  If the site price is incorrect on an item you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the updated price or help you choose another product within your budget.

Trademark notice:

The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by or produced for the owners of the artwork, designs, or trademarks.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise

All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.

Warranties and Liabilities:

SJS Specialty Co., Inc warrants and represents to our Purchasers (“Purchaser”) that the products purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment to the Purchaser.  This is the only warranty or representation, and the sole basis for liability respecting quality, performance, defects, repair, delivery and replacement of products.  The products that SJS Specialty Company sells are not children’s toys and are not intended for use by children.  The products that we sell are intended for Promotional Purposes only.

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship in any product(s) sold hereunder to Purchaser, SJS Specialty Co., Inc. will replace the same, F.O.B. point of shipment or refund the purchase price for same, in SJS Specialty’s sole discretion; provided that a written claim for same is received within fifteen (14) days from the shipment date. 

SJS’S UNDERTAKING TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SUCH PRODUCT (S) IS PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

SJS’s liability arising out of the sale or use of products, whether in warranty, contract, negligence or otherwise (including claims for consequential or incidental damages), shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product, as provided above. The foregoing shall constitute SJS’s sole liability to Purchaser, to Purchaser's vendee’s or/and any receptions of product. We are not responsible for inability to fill orders due to strikes, shortage of materials, or any other reasonable cause.
