Yes.  I only called SJS and spoke with a woman named Louise.

Louise was very helpful and provided us with excellent service.

We didn't order the banner because my boss found the price to be too much for a one time thing that we are doing.

However, we will certainly keep SJS in mind for any future projects.  I requested a catalog and put a good word out in my office for SJS.

I like Louise's service and recommend SJS to the University.

Sorry for the delay.  I was in Los Angeles yesterday.  The samples arrived.  The 96 cm is just perfect.  Thank you.  I am faxing back the proof approval noting the new 96 cm length.
